Shipping & Returns

All sales are final, as a small business, I cannot guarantee returns and refunds. Please note that each rug unless specified is on a made-to-order basis. Production times are not guaranteed and shipping may take a few weeks to update as I make orders in batches to drop off at the post office.  Delays may occur due to holidays, weather, and other events as I work on these in my free time. Not responsible after shipping, please ensure the correct and most up-to-date address is given at the time of order. If an item is damaged upon receipt or lost during shipment, please contact us immediately so we can work on sending a new order. For custom orders, sales are final.

Item restocks

Rugs may or may not be restocked depending on supplies and order volume. I generally make a small run of each piece of 2-5 pieces. For sleeping Snoopy orders, I am still currently as of January 2024 working on a backlog of producing and shipping out orders. At this time there is no date of when or if a restock will occur. If you have any questions about this, please contact me via the form on the site.
 
Rug Care

Each rug is handmade and requires specific care to look its best! Rugs may be cleaned with a vacuum cleaner, lint roller, or spot cleaned with mild soap and water. Please do not machine wash, bleach, or iron. Rugs may 'shed' fibers at first and will decrease over time. Loose fibers can be trimmed with scissors. We recommend to place in a low-traffic area.

You are welcome to email via the Contact form on the site. Please be sure to include the sizing and full description of the item. I will open commissions irregularly and hope to have more time this coming year. You may also check my Instagram to see if I open commissions.
